Accommodations

Enjoy a memorable stay at one of Miami Beach's top hotels on Collins Avenue, including Delano Hotel, SLS, Shore Club and others. Cloud Summit shuttles will be provided from designated hotel pick-up locations to the Miami Beach Convention Center and The Fillmore. Shuttles will operate regularly throughout the day. However, please note airport transportation will not be provided.

The Fillmore is a world-renowned theater where Golden Era legends graced the stage of The Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium starting in 1950. Well-known as the location of The Jackie Gleason Show, the theater has also hosted other television shows throughout the decades, including The Dick Clark Show, The Ed Sullivan Show, and the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. This year, Cloud Summit’s general session will be held in this iconic venue.

General Information

What is Ingram Micro Cloud Summit?

Dedicated to commercializing technology, Cloud Summit is a focused, three-day event where you can learn what's new, what's trending and what's on the horizon. Packed with unlimited networking opportunities, you'll learn how to leverage partner solutions, collaborate in ways you never imagined, and use cloud to achieve new levels of success. Simply put, Cloud Summit is the must-attend event of the year for anyone who wants to build, buy or sell cloud and digital technology.

Where is Cloud Summit?

Cloud Summit will be hosted in Miami Beach. General Session will take place in The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater. Just steps away, we'll host our meetings and Cloud Showcase at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Both venues are centrally located within easy walking distance of hotels.

What are the conference dates?

May 12-14, 2020

What is included in the conference fee?

The conference fee includes all conference sessions, meals and networking events. Hotel room costs are separate and can be reserved during the registration process.

How many years has the conference taken place?

This will be the 11th annual Ingram Micro Cloud Summit.

How many total sessions (general session and breakouts) are offered at Ingram Micro Cloud Summit?

65+ learning sessions and three general sessions

How do I register for a specific session?

All sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If we introduce pre-registration for sessions, Cloud Summit organizers will reach out to all registered attendees to let them know.

What are the registration deadlines?

The early bird registration fee is $750 through January 31, 2020. The registration fee is $850 for registrations completed between January 2, 2020, and April 10, 2020. For registrations completed between April 11, 2020, and May 14, 2020, the registration fee is $950.

What are the registration, cancellation and no-show policies?

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing. You may cancel your registration through midnight on April 10, 2020, without penalty. Cancellation after midnight (PDT) on April 10, 2020, will incur a $399 registration cancellation fee. Conference registrations may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the event. Please email all cancellation and transfer requests to registration@imcloudsummit.com. In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled, Ingram Micro Cloud will refund any paid registration fees, but will not be liable for any other reimbursements. If you do not cancel your registration and do not attend the event, you will incur a $399 no-show fee. Additional hotel no-show fees are equal to one night of charges for room and tax.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, it is scheduled to launch Spring 2020.

Is there a dress code?

We recommend business casual during general session and breakouts. Casual attire is appropriate for the evening events.

What is the weather in Miami Beach?

In May of most years, Miami Beach averages a daily maximum temperature between 74 and 83 degrees Fahrenheit (23 to 28 degrees Celsius).

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Cloud Summit organizers support special dietary requirements for medical reasons, specifically food allergies. As such, we will do our best to accommodate your food preferences. However, if this is a personal request instead of a medical choice, please feel free to bring alternative food as a supplement to the existing menu. You will have an opportunity to indicate any special dietary restrictions or allergies during the registration process. When you're at the event, please inform your server of your specific dietary restriction and you will be accommodated.

What if I can't locate my registration confirmation email?

Please contact Cloud Summit registration at registration@imcloudsummit.com to have your confirmation email resent.

Do I need a U.S. entry visa to attend Ingram Micro Cloud Summit?

All attendees from outside the United States must have a valid passport to travel. Visitors from some countries may also need an entry visa.

How do I obtain an entry visa for Ingram Micro Cloud Summit?

Contact your local U.S. embassy or consulate to check current visa requirements and the steps needed to acquire an entry visa. You may be able to fill out an electronic application form online. If you need a formal visa invitation letter, please email the request to registration@imcloudsummit.com.

Attendee

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

We recommend attendees arrive on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. The main departure date is Friday, May 15, 2020. If you are attending meetings outside of the regular conference dates, please adjust your travel accordingly.

When will I receive my registration confirmation email?

After you submit your registration request, you will automatically receive an email confirming your submission.

Note: You will not receive an individual hotel confirmation number (if booked). Your registration confirmation will serve as your hotel confirmation and final hotel confirmation will be emailed to attendees approximately 14 days prior to Ingram Micro Cloud Summit.

Hotel & Travel

What is the room rate for Cloud Summit?

The room rate to stay at one of the Cloud Summit hotels is $289, which includes taxes, resort fees, and shuttle transportation to Cloud Summit venues. Airport shuttle is not included.

Does Ingram Micro Cloud cover the cost of my hotel room?

No. All attendees will be responsible for the cost of their own hotel rooms. Even though all registered attendees will pay for their own rooms, we will continue to provide the customer service needed to help them reserve their rooms at our pre-negotiated rates. You will have the option to reserve your room during the registration process.

Note: Your only opportunity to secure a room at our negotiated rates will be during the registration process. If you have questions, please reach out to the Cloud Summit Registration Team at registration@imcloudsummit.com.

How do I book my room?

Room reservations should be made during the online registration process for Cloud Summit. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Can I extend my stay or request an additional or single room?

These requests can be made during the registration process and are honored based on hotel availability. Once the hotel confirms your additional nights and/or room, you'll receive an updated registration confirmation via email from registration@imcloudsummit.com.

Note: Special requests are based on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

All reservations must be cancelled 96 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid having your credit card charged for one night a one-night room and tax charge to your credit card. If you need to change or cancel your hotel room reservation, please email the Cloud Summit Registration Team at registration@imcloudsummit.com.

What is the room reservation cutoff date?

The Cloud Summit room cutoff date is April 20, 2020. Ingram Micro Cloud cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. All rooms within the room block are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

How can I become a Cloud Summit sponsor?
